- Branch Manager
- Greet customers
- Answer customer equipment inquiries
- Answer incoming calls
- Write rental contracts
- Instruct customers on proper use and safety guidelines of equipment
- Supervise and assign work schedules
- Supervise training schedule for all employees
- Supervise all employees work assignments, record keeping, equipment maintenance, and safety
- Know equipment limits and capabilities, as well as accessories available
- Supervise all record keeping such as inventory control, parts and supplies, personnel, equipment maintenance, etc.
- Insure office maintains delivery schedule, reservations, and contract procedures are followed
- Keep aware of customer needs in the way of new equipment that may be added to inventory
- Assist in determining when and what equipment to sell, replace of add to inventory
- Able to fill in the office or yard as necessary
- Assist with equipment repairs as necessary

- Keep showroom clean and organized
- Assist with equipment repairs

- Counter/Customer Service Person
- Greet customers
- Answer customer equipment inquiries

- Load and unload equipment
- Schedule deliveries and pickups
- Maintain contract files
- Know equipment capabilities
- Service equipment
- Keep resale merchandise stocked and ordered
- Make deliveries and pickups

- Assist with equipment repairs

- Delivery Driver - Must
be at least 21 with good driving record. CDL endorsements helpful but not always
necessary.
- Drive company vehicles
- Deliver and pick up equipment
- Load and unload equipment
- Instruct customers on proper use and safety guidelines of equipment
- Recommend related items to customers upon deliveries
- Inform management of new sales opportunities and job sites
- Maintain delivery and pickup records
- Acquire CDL endorsement if needed
- Keep delivery vehicles clean
- Assist in maintenance of delivery vehicles
- Mechanic
- Maintain and make repairs on all assigned equipment
- Analyze and repair equipment malfunctions
- Maintain company vehicles
- Maintain equipment service and repair records
- Maintain warranty records
- Coordinate repair priorities
- Coordinate outside repairs
- Order parts and maintain parts system
- Coordinate off-season maintenance programs
- Attend technical and update classes on equipment
- Assist in helping customers when needed
- Greet Customers
- Instruct customers on proper use and safety guidelines of equipment
- Load and unload equipment
- Assist yard personnel -
- Outside Sales
- Make cold sales calls to solicit business
- Follow up sales leads
- Make follow-up calls on rentals
- Maintain sales records and reports
- Recommend new and used equipment purchases
- Coordinate equipment reservations with counter
- Deliver and pick up equipment
- Yard Person - Experience helpful but
not required. Training provided.
